The Four-Day Week — More and more companies in Europe are testing a four-day working week. In a 2022 study in the UK, 61 companies tried the model for six months. Most of them decided to continue. Employees said they felt less stressed and slept better. However, some managers worried about customer service on Fridays. Experts say the model doesn't work for every type of business, such as hospitals.
